Return | Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Carly Morgan. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return | exchange policy.

RETURN | EXCHANGE

We accept returns | exchanges up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

RETURN | EXCHANGE PROCESS

To return an item, please email assist@thecarlymorgan.com with request of exchange. Upon approval of your return request, we will give shipping address. All returns must include a printed copy of your order confirmation or your packing slip in your return package that lists your order number and items that were ordered with us.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS | EXCHANGE

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.

EXCEPTIONS    

 The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at assist@thecarlymorgan.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
