Shipping

Due to COVID-19, postal service issues, and or high volume of orders, there may be potential delays which are outside of The Carly Morgan control. 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and custom orders) after payment has been received. Once your order has shipped you will receive notification confirming shipment, and tracking details. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL US orders. US shipping delivery times on average 8-15 days AFTER processing times. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship WORLDWIDE! International orders are shipped Priority Mail International with our carrier and includes insurance for the full value of the merchandise. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

There is a risk for packages not arriving to the following countries, UAE, Israel, Tunisia, Indonesia, Morocco, Algeria, Philippines, Portugal, Austria, Mexico, and some areas in South Africa. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES

AU average delivery time is 7-12 days
CA average delivery time is 10-20 days
UK average delivery time is 6-10 days

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Carly Morgan is not responsible for these charges. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW DO I REPORT A MISSING OR LOST PACKAGE?

The Carly Morgan will not refund any customer whose order is not received due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided during the checkout process.

When tracking your package and it states delivered but you did not receive it or the package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local USPS office to report the issue concerning your undelivered, lost, or stolen package. After contacting your local Post Office in regards to your undelivered, lost, or stolen package, please email us at assist@thecarlymorgan.com along with your open case number from the shipping carrier for the undelivered, lost or stolen package and we will work with you to see if we will need to re-send your order or issue a refund on a case-by-case basis.

INTERNATIONAL UNDELIVERED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

For undelivered, lost or stolen international packages, we will not send out a second package. We will offer on case-by-case basis a refund minus shipping costs.  We will not refund shipping costs for undelivered, lost or stolen international packages.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES

All packages returned to The Carly Morgan will not be refunded for shipping costs. We will hold return to sender packages for one month for re-shipment. After that time, we will return the items back to The Carly Morgan inventory.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at assist@thecarlymorgan.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

TRACK ORDER

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return | exchange policy. Return | Exchange Policy

We accept returns | exchanges up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at assist@thecarlymorgan.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
